Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Development for Gen Z

Since 1989, Blue Dragon Tae Kwon Do School in the city of Bell, California, has provided quality martial arts instruction to children and adults of all ages. The training includes Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, and Judo. They help their students gain self-confidence, discipline, motivation, and develop a new positive attitude through martial arts. They offer classes for Children, Beginners, Children Advanced, and Adults.

Design Process

When Blue Dragon approached Cerebrum for a website redesign for their small business, they requested a digital experience that would appeal to a younger audience. In addition, they wanted a mobile-first design that Generation Z would find easy to use and intuitive. The goal was to increase social engagement while maintaining readability.

Ultimately, Cerebrum project managers found a clever way to display class information and video media. The result was a digital tapestry that has increased traffic nearly two-fold. Furthermore, as icing on the cake, the small business website features an original digital cinema production of a live instruction session at Blue Dragon School.
